How can I track my shipping?
We don’t send out tracking codes automatically, instead we send shipping updates to your email and text whenever it has been shipped and when it is close to delivery. I have not received a confirmation email?
Order confirmation emails may take up to 30 minutes to send. Please make sure to check your junk folder, and add our email firstname.lastname@example.org to your email list to receive further order updates. If you still haven’t received your confirmation email after 30 minutes, please email us email@example.com we will get it sorted.
What is your return policy?
Our policy is a full refund of the product cost within 30 days of receiving product. If 30 days have gone by since product was received, we no longer offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for refunds, items must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition it was received with original packaging.
Each refund will need to evaluated by our staff to confirm condition of item. If item condition is eligible for refund, it needs to be shipped back to us where the item condition will be checked again upon arrival. When refund condition confirmed again we will refund the full cost of the product.
